Harmony and insolence make its personality

The 2024 rosé has the DNA of an excellent Pibarnon, but still in a somewhat embryonic state, as it is far too early to describe it.
A nose whirling with citrus and flowers, then heavier notes of spice and liquorice, with a hint of light bitterness prickling the senses. Those impressions are confirmed on the palate, where the attack is already as ample and voluminous as the mid-palate, while the finish needs to stretch out a little to present both the harmony and the insolence that make its personality.
