Very slight residual CO2, from fermentation, for a hint of extra freshness, don't hesitate to decant.
The complex nose develops camphor, potpourri, red and black fruit and spices. On the palate, the chalky structure offers a precise, delicate texture that is precise, fresh and harmonious.
A wine with a certain simplicity, but also great elegance.
