For a long time now we have been aiming for a wine of crystalline bearing, straight and energetic. A seaside white, luminous and saline, with elegant little bitters on the finish. This 2024 answers that expectation perfectly, with a floral nose, fine, delicate and above all never overstated, giving a lovely balance with the sensations on the palate. Its length is remarkable and amounts to a genuine call to the table!
