Upon bottling, the 2007 exhibited beautiful aromas of ripe, juicy black fruits. The spicy, licorice and pepper bouquets have become more complex, elegant and are beginning to truffle. This wine is reaching its second maturity (the third in 10 years) with a youthful, spirited, and energetic, yet fine drive. A great fascination emanates from this committed southerner, combining vibrancy, density and finesse.
