Tasting notes
The 2014 Red is southern, dense, spicy, broadly liquorice-laced and fruity.
It immediately imposes a very Pibarnon style: long, packed with energy, density and finesse.
A wine that will open up widely in the spring, for two or three years. Come back to it much later, for the secondary bouquets.
