90 % MOURVEDRE - 10 % GRENACHE

Lovely depth and great stretch.

From its very first year the 2008 has exhaled generous notes of small red and black fruits. Although it is still quite young, the terroir is there: it already offers a complex bouquet of sweet spices, aromatic plants and liquorice, resting on a lovely minerality, savoury and sappy.
Tasted in November 2023: after an hour of gentle decanting, the aromatics sharpen and swell. Medlar, cocoa, then small wild berries and enveloping spices. The palate is precise, tonic and very homogeneous, all in savoury length. Lovely depth and great stretch.
