Mise en Bouteille Rouge 2013

It was a delight to bottle the 2013 vintage. A structured, well-built vintage, to be matured. Its volume and mass reveal a high amplitude, fading at the end to leave smoothness, sweetness and fruity tannins on the palette. The tasting shows the success of the vineyard's choices: maturity at all costs, for extraction of tannins and minerals.
